Sonic Drive-In Corporate Headquarters

I am very disappointed in the quality of service I receive while going thru drive thru today. The young lady took my order wrong. I tried to tell her at when I ordered but she still would of had it wrong ok I hadn't asked her. There was no ketchup on the hotdog. That was all I asked for. On it. My burger had no lettuce onions pickles or tomatoes it was just cheese and mustard. Service is very bad there. It has been for several years now. Also I did not get a receipt. It was the one at power plant in hampton va. Hope I get a reply and something is done about this major problem

I was drinking a cranberry lime aid something went thru the straw and sliced open the back of my throat. That was back in March. To this day Sonic had not paid for anything regarding my throat being sliced open! no one will return my calls or nothing. Beware of what's in your drink!

I am so upset! I tried to order a mocha java chiller last night and they told me they no longer sell them. Has corporate lost their mind???

Our sonic is great during the day but when the kids are working in evening it sucks orders wrong orders look like hell you have to reassemble your burgers it's just bad food in evenings

Went to Cushing Sonic for 1/2 price cone. They had run out of cones and would not fix ice cream on cup for 1/2 price

Sonic in Tulsa 59/Lewis. Never gets a order correct. Check your order. I had a #11 last night. Three pieces of chicken.One onion rings . Cold tots. Every time it's wrong or cold. I drive to 81/Lewis. This place needs new management and employees that know better but still bring out bad! Food

Laplace sonic is horrible I don't appreciate coming to a restaurant and employees are drinking alcohol

the sonic at the Hulen Mall in Ft worth TX serves hamburger with old lettuce I will never buy anything at that sonic bad part about this was the manager is the one that made my hamburger

I know Sonic has a strong presence in our local market. Your location on Jackson St Ext Alexandria, La. has multiple issues. In every visit to this location the following issues occur. 1) no one answers drive up,2)they are always out of product when you order, 3) unbelievable slow and non caring attitude toward clients, As a past business owner I believe this location will not stay in business and Sonic's good name will be blackened. This problem has existed for at least 6 months and counting.A secret shopper or visit by your corporation on this franchise would be in order.

Thank you for putting out a good cup of coffee. Most coffees have a good odor but the taste is not with the smell. Work coffee's flavor is not only in the air but saturates the taste buds as well. Your business on West Lake Mead in Las Vegas is the best one here for service and food. Kudos to them.

I just went to the sonic on Martin Luther King , this isn't the first time my order has been messed up which I am getting so fed up with my order being a, simple oder such as a deluxe cheeseburger and the grill cook can't get my damn order right it is ridiculous I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK AND GET SUCH EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM SONIC I WILL NEVER GO BACK

My name is adam walters I was the night shift closing cook. The management is family and friends of judd johnson and lack the proper experience and training to professionally run the store. Since I started there, we were severely understaffed for their labor needs wjich meant slow service. And double the work for underpaid employees. What a joke to be the night shift closing cook with years of experience making 7.25 an hour and a 20 year old gm making too much. Wake up and see that what is going on is wrong. BBb should step in and let sonic have it. The was grease and grime all over that nasty kitchen from where they never cleaned and served old food to customers.

my sister and i went to sonic aT 3015 NW exspessway we pulled into the space to order pushed the button and waited 5 minutes no one answered they turned off so she pushed the button again waited 5 more no answer so we pulled into another place pushed the button same thing no answer there were empty cars parked where the cutomers order so we went thru the drive thru it took at least 10 more minute sonic is my favorite place to eat but we wont be going back there the food was cold and we did not get our receipt

I want to sonic to get my mother and father some food i was in drive thus line for 30 min and no nody take my order so i can and told them i was in the driver thur for 30 min and i said y are u not take me order then the man told me to come up front and i did so i wait and wait no body come so i want home

I live in Dallas,Tx. I am very disappointed with Sonic. I went to go by the $1 hot dogs there are no signs and the employee didn't say anything about which one's we can buy. I ordered it and had to pay full price. She didn't ask if I wanted the $1 ones or say which ones. I was very upset plus I wanted a slushy and she said they were out of them. How are you going to be out of ice and flavored juice and lemons. REALLY This is my favorite place but I will never go there again.

My name is Gary Perryman I'm a father of 5, I've worked with sonic for a numerous of years.

I started at the very first sonic drive in ever made in Shawnee, OK then worked over 22 stores in San Antonio opened a few stores around the country with the A-team.

Sonics business model could be flawless if it wasn't for the management they hire to run these stores.

The neglect for hours worked by employees has exceeded a limit to far. NOT PROPERLY FOLLOWING HIRING GUIDELINES OF THE BBB. Allowing staff to work a week before you put them in computer. Is now about to leave me homeless.

I started at the store in Houston, Tx store number 5507.

I just moved to Houston June 20th not by choice I might add, no family nor resources at my disposal. I was blessed with an apartment and supposedly hired at sonic which I started on 7/1/2015 now I know from experience, working with sonic you are one week in the whole. Then following week you will see on paycheck ok, I could handle that which would give me $189.75( not minus taxes) bucks on 7/14/2015 and at my pay rate time hours to be worked on the 7/28/2015 would be $643.50(not minus taxes). But apparently cause of the procedures that was not followed, the manager's ethics and a lack of certain care and responsibilities for their staff. My first check is on the 7/28/2015 of $189.75 and then on the 8/11/2015 I see $643.50 which puts me 11 days past rent, so s

Sonic Drive in thanks for that. I could count a multi of times this company has robbed employees. For the betterment of labor or some other technical issue that has nothing to do with human rights and labor laws. And by me bringing this to there attention, an act of discrimination has been practiced and I believe I have been let go. please if some one could assist me that would be great, but I'm contact the BBB and a few attorney's for now. This has to stop now!!!

the service is ridiculous

Last night we got dinner at the Sonic at Admiral and Yale Tula's OK. I got my usual a chicken strip dinner. I like the ck dinner because I can eat half now half for lunch the next day. Anyway..... I sat down to enjoy my lunch today and under my tater tots what do I find ? A MOUSE TURD !!! I was SICK !!! So I contacted the restraint to advise them , after the second attempt to speak with a manager I was told by "a person" she did not identify herself by name nor did she tell me that she was the manager, that if I brought it n my receipt she would replace the meal. No apology, she was terse to say the least, almost rude and does she really expect me to eat at this location again ? I DONT THINK SO !!! Oh yeah I almost forgot....they were out of ice cream so no shakes at 9:45 not even 2 hours into happy hour on a hot muggy night. BOO SONIC !!!

we have to travel half hour to get to caldwell sonic,so we get there 20 minutes before closing order 2 milkshakes was told amount owed and then they shut all light's out we sat there in the dark for 30 minutes I think they forgot us although we know our order was on computer inside,,we kept saying 5 more minutes then we'll just go to jack n box but we still stayed until finally a worker saw us out window and 10 minutes later came out with our completely melted shakes...geeesh so disappointed

My brother just got out of surgery starving hadn't eaten in 24hours came to sonic in Houston took more than 10 min to take the order and when order was finally out I checked to make sure order was correct (had the same issues with orders being incorrect) obviously all of it was wrong and to make matters worse the fries were super cold and soggy!! Tried to get the order corrected and they came out with the wrong order again everything in the receipt was correct but not the food. Well it took them 30 minutes to have someone come out and correct the order I'm guessing it was the manager on shift took back our orders to get corrected finally after almost an HOUR the orders was finally correct. Was not happy with the service even though my meal was free. I believe they were short handed. I used to work at a sonic years ago the crew needs more training.
