This was a very interesting small museum. It is located inside the AT&T building, so it's a little hard to find if you don't know that beforehand. I was given a guided tour by two retired telecommunications workers and then allowed to wander on my own. The tour was good because while items on display are identified with cards, there is no context given for why the item is important or how it was/is used. There were some interesting hands-on exhibits that showed how telephones and telecommunications work, which was awesome for the non-mechanically inclined like myself who wouldn't figure it out otherwise. They have a large collection of vintage telephones that was neat to see. While I'm not terribly interested in telephones and telecommunications, I enjoyed my visit and learned a good deal about the subject. Unfortunately, it's only open Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 am to 2 pm, so it can be difficult to find a time to visit. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for the inconvenient downtown location, limited hours, and minimal explanation through display literature alone.
