Quest Diagnostics

My husband tapped worker on arm/side and she flipped out about him "getting fresh". She took rubber band off his arm, threw it down and said "why you getting fresh" stomped out the door saying someone else was going to have to draw his blood. However other employees saw this and I was standing in doorway. What a narcissistic woman. She was definitely not good looking enough or young enough to have this attitude. She has issues. Supervisor agreed and they are going to counsel her and district manager may take further action. I hope so. Ridiculous situation!!!

I'm very unhappy with the Quest Billings, my August 19, 2015 test were billed with bad codes and Medicare did not pay $83.82. Quest did not advise me of the problem in time to have it corrected by my doctor ( 120 days ) they billed medicare three time with the same codes, now 15 months has passed and I will be stuck with the bill. See invoice 3726075443. PS They do not respond to letters. Will never use Quest
