Not professionals at all. Certainly they don't know how to treat customers.I had to put a star to write the rating. Staff is really miserable and rude. The manager has an attitude. I had to go to work and I woke up first in the morning to get a pre emp drug screening and their system was down which made me waste my time. I should be able to go in and out with that type of test. Then I come back the next day the system does not take my information. I tell the manager after spending 1/2 hour dealing with their computer system it was getting late to go to work , the manager lashes out at me and lecture me that i should not rush them I should know that these things happens. Maybe if you train your staff correctly or enter the information yourself so you can move to the next patient we would not have a problem delaying and wasting people's time. Learn how to treat patients and upgrade your system. Drop the attitude. Never again!
Very busy location, but the staff is great. Thank you for Henry and Nilsa who really took care of me.
I usually tale mu 8 years old here, to have blood.and urine work, so far the staff has done a great job, nice cpstumer service, and technicas are really kind and nice to little kids and older people.
The receptionist (Karen) is the most uncooperative,miserable,unkind,rude,ugly,unfit for contact with patients,or better yet unfit to be alive or be in a civilized world. I am running out of space because I have more nasty words about her qualities
Henry operates the clinic with great skill and efficiency. I marvel at how much he gets accomplished. I don't know what he gets paid, but whatever it is, it isn't enough. Quest absolutel needs to keep and promote him!

Don't be fooled. If Sheeba is on duty and she says they don't take walk ins on Saturdays, it's a lie! Their corporate policy mandates they have to take walk-ins always! Email their corporate office via their website if you get turned away!!!! !!!! Tell your doctor/hospital of the problem if they referred you!
My grandfather was instructed to go here by his primary care Dr to be admitted for pneumonia and upon arriving in the ER he let them know his dr had sent him and yet he still had to wait 8 HOURS to get into a bed in the ER. Their excuse was that they didn't have room available that had a monitor so him being 75 and sick with pneumonia he still had to sit out in the waiting room. After the 8 hours he had to wait an additional 4 hours to be admitted and placed in an actual room. During his stay he has been given too much insulin twice now resulting in his blood sugar spiking to 485 (it has NEVER been over 250 before) and had to wait 5 hours for someone to come changed his sheets he soiled. I requested a refill of water for him and the tech filled his cup straight out of the sink instead of giving him a bottled water. I'm trying to get his file and take him to Parrish medical or winter park myself before he dies at the hands of these incompetent and useless Dr's and staff here at this filthy hospital. The ac units in the rooms have rust all over them yet they are spending who knows how much on the fancy entry way with marble and such. Ridiculous! !
