Carlsbad Auto Connection

Gave it one star because I couldn't give it negative stars. These people are heartless crooks. They have complaints with the better business bureau and it is always the same response "we are sorry for your problems, but we went above and beyond our responsibility to you." They sold my 19 year old son in law a car in October that started overheating in less than 2 weeks. After it was "fixed" it overheated again within a week. Loaner car while they "fixed it" again. A few MONTHS later and they tell him we will exchange it come in. Gets to the exchange part and its "oops can't do that, but we will fix it." This last one is you pay for a new engine and we will put it in at no additional cost to you. Okay we can do that. (OH did I mention that in the meantime my son in law has been diagnosed with stage 3 hodgkins lymphoma for which he received chemo treatments every 2 weeks - and must have a reliable car to get there). Picked that car up yesterday and last night noticed that there was fuel in the radiator. Took it to a reputable mechanic who told him that it doesn't look like any work was done on the engine and that the whole thing looks like crap. Please don't got to these people. I will be finding a newspaper or news station that is interested in the shady practices of this business. If you are a marine stay far away!!!!!

I LIKE this place I was looking for a safe car for a long time and a friend of mine said to check this place out in oceanside. I had explained to her I was over it, I had bad credit and not enough down. She said just check it out, so I went with my parents and was able to get a Nissan Altima for a great price that same day. I could not believe it, I love my car

I just transfered to MIRA MAR and on my way from FLORIDA my truck broke down so I ended up flying to san diego and my brother picked me up and let me use a car for a week.when I had to return his car we went car shopping and nobody would work with my credit unless I had alot down so I tried CARLSBAD AUTO CONNECTION and met RICKY long story short I left with a 2004 HONDA CIVICam with 60000 miles with 500.00 down and an agreement to pay the other 500 in a month its been 3 years and still running GREAT It is up to the buyer to inspect the car the salesman cannot predict the future.I will purchase from them again here in the near future.

Yo this place is the bomb i got a the sickest ride here, my girl got hooked up to. There peeps know what they are talking abut and Josh hooks it up, the finance dawg. The price's are in a the range and there is no blah blah there,I got my ride in febuary and have had no problems. I say go get your ride from that place asap..

STAY FAR FAR FAR away from these basterds that socalled owner "ricky" is a peice of you know what ! The lack of professtionalism from that dealership is crazy the car will work perfectly fine for a week after that all hell will break loose every single light you can imagine a car could have will turn on not only will they rip you off but the amount of money you have to spend on fixing the car will distroy your pockets smh josh the "finance man" has no clue in what he does and the little girls running arround there are dumber then a basket of chicken once again stay far far far away from this place they are a rip off and the best part of it all after ripping you off they say " we will give you 500$ cash for every friend you bring in" lmfaooooo Carl's bad auto you guys are in for a big big big surprise!!! See yall in court !!!
