he spa service was THE WORST! I went for a brazilian wax and clearly the lady had not been trained. So many things went wrong...1. Half way through the brazilian wax i knew something felt different... I looked and the lady doing the wax didn't have on gloves...YUCK! When I told her to put them on she only wanted to put on one glove.. smh 2. The technique that was used on me was what you use when waxing eyebrows. This was my third time being waxed so I wasn't fully confident in my knowledge of the procedures, but when checking with other friends and TRAINED waxers, I was informed that this was NOT the correct method of waxing. I was in pain and was on the table for an hour. After an hour I insisted that the lady stop with the waxing. I cried and felt extremely violated (no gloves). This was the WORST experience I have ever had at any salon/spa. Maybe they do good nails at MISS NAILS, but the spa services, specifically waxing is HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THIS SALON

went to the shop on Sunday waited over an hour to be seen (no problem. they were herding you in like cattle. VERY POOR job done, Did'nt notice until I got home and of course they were closed called on Monday morning explained the situation was told to stop in , and I did after work . The Owner Don agreed that It was a poor service and offered to make it Right after correcting the problem he had the nerve to charge me for a service I already paid for. Sad to say I will not be returning after being a customer for over 10 years, just maybe you should top being so money hungry .

I've been here a couple times and they never fail me or my nails, love it! Can't wait to go back again.

I have been getting my nails done at this establishment for over 10 years, I will not let anyone else touch my nails and toes. They are extremely professional, speak great english, and make sure everything is perfect before you leave. They sterilize all equiptment and are meticulously clean. The absolute best place for mani and pedis around

Rude Rude Rude employees!!! Dirty facility. Horrible service! Spoke to each other in Vietnamese the whole time. Would not engage in any conversation with me. I absolutely would never return. Oh, and I didn't tip- that's how bad it was.

I was very unhappy with a pedicure I got here a couple weeks ago. They were understaffed and unprofessional. I had 2 people working on my feet and I felt rushed. They didn't put any foot salts for me to soak my toes in, my feet were in plain warm water, I sat there for like 30 min before someone took my feet out the water to work on them. There was also some woman wearing a hoodie who the nail tech called to come in, and I guess she's like an assistant because all she did was massage my legs. Then when the nail tech was finished taking care of a woman who had wanted to leave, she comes back and tells the hoodie girl to go collect people's money who were almost done with their pedis, and then she starts back working on my feet. Then like 60 seconds later she starts to paint my toes. For $22 all I got to do was soak my feet in warm water with no bubbles. And it's a wonder my toes didn't look like raisins, as long as they were soaking. For me personally, I won't be coming back here. But who knows, it's possible I could've just caught them on a bad day but if you do try them out, just make sure they're fully staffed. And make sure they put foot salts in your water!!
