While we had a favorable experience with this company, with application of flooring in our garage a few years ago, there was a problem with paint adhering to the concrete threshold to the garage, which required a re-do. We requested consultation to find a solution. We were promised an assessment - but it would take 2mo to come out. When Slab Docs did not respond, we re-contacted, were asked to send pictures , and still no response after two more weeks. 2+mo response time is poor customer service. We will not use this firm again.
