Express Garage Door Service

Was having trouble with my garage door opener. Called around to get quotes. When I called Express Garage Service Andy came out after my work to check it out. He fixed it without having to replace it. And no charge! I then had him replace my aging garage door. Did a great job on installing it. Lynn T.

Andy did a great job fixing the broken spring on our garage door. He came late at night and not only fixed the problem, but lubricated the hinges along with other minor adjustments. Andy was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him for you garage door needs.

It's one of those things you don't really think about until it's broken. Last night I took the garbage out and hit the button on my garage. I turned around to walk into the house and heard a horrible banging sound. The cables for the garage were mangled and the door wouldn't close. The next morning I called Express Garage Service and Andy was out to my house the same day. He went above and beyond by showing me exactly what the problem was. He was also able to identify and fix some things that were incorrectly installed by the previous owners. Andy made the process painless and in a time like this it's much appreciated. I can honestly say that if you need your garage door looked at, Andy is your guy!

We had a garage door breakdown on a Sunday night. called and Andrew answered. Offered to come out at 9pm on a Sunday with no additional charge! Told Andrew this would not work for us, We were leaving the next day to attend a funeral in another state , Andrew asked when we were leaving, I told him around 9am. He told us he could come at 7am and take care of our door before we left. He arrived promptly at 7am and fixed our door before we left. very professional and very reasonable charge. He has a customer for life with us!

I would highly recommend Express Garage Door Service! Are garage door of course broke on a Sunday... so expecting to be charged an emergency fee and weekend charge. Which we didn't get charged for and the price was great. He was very polite and respectable as my kids were running around and I was asking probably nonsense questions. I also appreciate being able to speak to an actually person and not having to leave a message or push 4 numbers just to leave a message to wait over an hour for someone to get back to me. This is a very well organized business who not only cares about there work done but also there customers. Will never go anywhere else:)
