My garage door cable snapped with my car in it in subzero weather. I called Andy right away after getting a ride to work. He kept me in the loop and even repaired and painted my garage door which was in bad shape. I highly recommend them. Exceptional service and a very reasonable price. Thank you Andy!!

When our garage door broke, we called and Junior showed up within about an hour. Even though the temperature was about zero, he fixed the door quickly and cheerfully. Afterwards, he showed us how to lube the door. All in all, we were very happy with everything.

Andy came out to fix my garage door that I accidently backed into.. he took the time to replace the dented parts, as well as parts that were so rusted my door could have fallen on my car! he did a great job, and explained everything.. and he did it all on a Packer Sunday!!

We were told by another company that the garage doors to the home we just moved into needed replacing. Andy said they could be fixed and he started the same day, even working late on a Friday night! My garage door was pretty beat up and Andy told me instead of replacing it, he can make it like brand new by updating my pulley, removed the old school spring and replace it with coil, fixed the tracks, replaced the rollers, hinges, etc. Now it functions like a brand new garage door, using my old garage door and motor. And yes, he fixed it from 9:00pm while i'm at work and he never gave up and finished it around 3:00am. The price is very reasonable. I even asked more calling cards to recommend him to my friends.

I called Express Garage Door Service on Monday morning. Made an appointment for Monday evening to have our garage door fixed. Andy was the repairman. I would highly recommend calling Andy for all of your garage door repairs. He was friendly, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be repaired and what we needed to do to maintain the door. He checked the entire door, cleaned and checked the garage door opener, replaced the 2 light bulbs in the door opener free of charge. He made sure everything was cleaned up. I was amazed at how reasonable the cost was for the repairs - no extra charge for evening hours. I am keeping Andy's card and will be contacting him in the future when we replace our garage door.

I had a broken spring on garage door. Andy and Junior came out and instead of just fixing the problem, was able to upgrade the spring system I had. And it hardly cost anymore than the original fix. Very professional and will use in the future!

Called 4 companies this morning when I found out my spring was broken. Andy called back within 10 minutes, one never returned my call, the other two took several hours. Andy was a little later than expected, however he apologized and gave us new rollers for our door at no charge. He checked every aspect of both of our garage doors, added wire nuts down by the eyes and secured the wires near the eyes, the light in our opener was burnt out and he even tried to change the bulb, he informed us that the connecting wires were bad. All in all Andy and his worker did an amazing job quick, throuough, and courteous.

Saturday morning I found that I had a broken garage spring. I called Andy and he was able to take care of my situation fast. No extra charge for a weekend either. He and his crew were very professional and courteous. If I have another garage door problem in the future, I'm calling Andy again.

My schedule was full earlier in the day, but Andy was flexible enough to come out and fix my garage door later Friday evening. He fixed the problem quickly and for a very fair price.
