Needs improvement in customer service. ff you have a small job or need something checked for water leaks inside, no callbacks. I guess they cannot be bothered unless a roof job is involved. They did a great job in replacing my roof, however, when a problem occurs years, no call back, no visit to check where rain is leaking in. At this point I would not recommend this company. I have a two story house with beautiful landscaping all around. I was worried my pants and shrubs would get damaged however that was far from the case. The amount of care that the whole crew had for my property was unbelievable! Also they cleaned absolutely EVERYTHING up, no nails, no little pieces of roof, nothing. It looks great and I would more than recommend!!!.

Not a reputable company when the person has to call back 5 times to see if anyone is following up with your inquiry.Not good customer service.
