Fran Maple takes great pride in his work, which is why, from the initial estimate through to completion, he works directly with the homeowner to assure that everything runs smoothly. No Salespeople, No Sub-Contractors Seamless Aluminum Gutters: All of our gutters are .032 gauges, fabricated on site, and seamless. We offer 20 different colors, and a lifetime workmanship warranty, which even covers ice damage! Leaf-X Gutter Protection: Leaf-X is a solid aluminum cover which can either be installed over your existing gutter or installed on your new gutter. Leaf-X Gutter Protection comes with a lifetime warranty. There is no more gutter cleaning, no maintenance, even if your gutter ever sags, pulls away from your house, or water runs behind it, we'll either fix, repair, or replace it at no charge to you. Ice and snow are virtually eliminated from the inside of your gutter, helping to prevent ice damming and rotted fascia boards. Where else do you get a warranty (in writing) that covers any damage to your gutter due to ice build-up? Everything will be fixed and there's not a single charge to you. If you have a sound gutter and drainage system - and even if you are already using some of the methods to prevent roof ice and ice dams - when conditions are right, these may still fail to prevent gutter ice. Ice dams and roof ice occur when: * Roof snow and ice accumulate during a storm. Heat from your house goes up through your attic and melts the bottom layer of snow and ice on your roof. * The water then flows down your roof and refreezes into ice on your roof in and above your gutters, causing the ice dam and roof ice to form. If this happens to you, it is very dangerous to attempt an ice dam removal on your own - both for your own personal safety and for any potential damage that removing roof ice can cause to your home. Due to some new construction on my home, I needed help getting some water and drainage issues resolved. I found AAA in the YellowPages.com and made the call. That evening, Fran Maple did a walkthrough of the property with me and provided some excellent advice as to how I should handle the situation. In short order, he quickly and efficiently got the job done. I highly recommend AAA Window & Gutter!
AAA is highly professional, responsive and accomodating. My first attempt with another gutter company was so disappointing both cosmetically and structurally that I had AAA redo the entire job. Thanks to AAA those unsightly hooks from the first job that were nailed directly into my roof tiles are gone. The nail holes in the roof were sealed and the new hooks fit neatly under the roof tiles. The placement of the downspouts are exactly where I wanted them, something I should never have assumed with the first job. Those first gutters stood out like sore thumb for other reasons too, including oversized downspouts with excessive elbows. AAA corrected all of those issues and I am happy to report that the new gutters are barely visible. I could not be happier.

My husband and myself met with the owner for our initial consultation, he was running late by 20 mins. and left us a message prior his arrival to let us know. we both felt very comfortable with his approach towards selling us a rain gutter sytem, we were provided with several different options and prices and did not feel pressured. He was proactive about different options to maintain a well functioning sytem...they were here on time to complete the work and seemed very maticulous about everything including their clean-up
