AAA Window & Gutter

The first time I called AAA Window and Gutter, I was surprised to get the owner on the first ring, and I received prompt responses the other two times I called, as well. When I explained I had rain running down behind my gutters Fran came over as soon as he could, diagnosed the problem and carefully explained the complicated reason it had developed, then patiently took quite a bit of time figuring out a number of options to fix it best within my meager budget. He seemed genuinely concerned about my situation and wanted to help in any way he could. The job was done two days later and I was very pleased with the service and the product I received that day, at a very reasonable cost. I am looking forward to having AAA replace the rest of my gutters (my wish, not Fran's suggestion ) and window sills that became water damaged, when I can better afford to do so this summer. Again - great, personal service!

In 2002 we had the Leaf-X sytem installed on our house and it has worked flawlessly in heavy rains since, and we have not had to clean them. At the time of the install we were skeptical of the "Maintenance Free" warranty that was offered to us associated with the cost, but we had to have some type of helmet installed! We were cleaning them several times a year from the heavy Pines and Oaks that are on our property.

We called AAA with an issue that we thought birds were building nests this year in the gutters! I have to say they were out here within 3 days, made the adjusted that were needed, and left us with a Do not charge bill !! to say the least we were "Very" but pleasantly suprised....that 8+ yrs. later that Company stands true to their word!

"Fran not only cleaned my gutters he ended up doing a lot more work on my house. The gutters needed some repairs so fran repitched a few as well as replaced some worn or broken sections. He thoroughly reviewed all the work with me prior to doing it to make sure I wanted the work done. In addition I had some rotted areas on the house where water got under the siding. Fran did a very professional job repairing the damage and repainting the sections so that it was as good as new. Fran is a true professional at what he does and it was a pleasure to work with him. About 5 years ago I contacted three gutter companies to get a quote on replacing the gutter on the front of my home. I was fortunate enough to have Fran Maple return my call and show up at my home the same day. I had only compared prices on line prior to that and the price he quoted me for the Leafproof seemed more than fair. The next day he was installing the gutter. After five years it still looks like new and I have had NO problems with it. When I needed to replace the back gutter I never considered calling anyone but Fran. Except for the new gutter and downspouts you would never know he was here as the place looks cleaner now than when he arrived. Fran was very responsive to my need to redirect roof run-off at my home. He was courteous, explained my options, and came by the following day. He completed the job in about 1 hour while I was at work, and then called me at work to confirm that the job had been completed. The work performed was of high quality.
