We started the company in 1987 with a single Toyota pickup truck. Today, our company has grown to a staff of sixteen plumbing and H V A C technicians, a master plumber, a master mechanical heating and cooling and a master gas fitter. Our mission statement is simple. To serve the community by raising the quality of heating, air conditioning and plumbing services that A-1 American provides. We install new energy efficient equipment, including furnaces, air handlers and heat pump systems at a price the customer feels comfortable with. We will recommend a custom system designed especially for you. At A-1 American, we will specify the right size components for the best results that the whole family will enjoy and that's heating and cooling comfort all year long. At A-1 American, we work on all brands and replace all brands and we know that emergencies don't all happen during normal business hours, so we have technicians available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. I was very happy with the services Nick and Mark from A-1 American Services provided, I appreciated their quickness and their thorough explanations of the work process. They were professional in every aspect.
Nick and Mark from A-1 American Services came out to do two different jobs for me. First, they replaced the trap and arm on the lavatory sink. They also cut the sheetrock behind the shower - and instead of leaving an open hole, they plastered it and put an access panel on the wall for future repairs to the shower valve. They were on time, efficient, and talked me through everything they needed to do. I'm happy with the quality of their work - five stars for them!
My experience with A-1 American was very positive. William did a great job and arrived on time to diagnose and complete the work. He was informative and professional in his attitude. Based on my experience with William, I give this business a five-star rating.
