Terrible rude cashiers. Don't seem to respect or care about their customers. I wanted to buy fish food and they were too preoccupied talking to each other to assist me?? Very condescending.

Our family has used Lovett's Lovin Pet & Home Care in Naples for over 18 months and we would not leave our dogs with any other in0 home pet sitter! They always go out of their way to make sure we are happy, and are a very reliable and insured service. These are professionals, not amateur like other pet sitter services in this area. Melanie and Robbie made friends with our poochies in about 3 minutes, and now we don't have to worry about stressing out the doggies by having to drive them to a kennel where they are uncomfortable. They are top notch in our book!

Melanie and Rob have an outstanding company and really care for our pets! We originally thought that Lovett's Pet Care was a dog boarding place in Naples, and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that they watch and play with our pets right here at home. It is so much easier than having to bring our 2 dogs and 2 cats somewhere, and then risk them possibly getting sick while we are away. Melanie and Rob are always easy to reach by phone or text, and are the most reliable and dependable in home pet sitters in southwest Florida by far! We feel lucky to have found them and think of them as family.

Rob and Melanie provide services that are convenient and dependable. They always go well out of their way to accommodate my impossible schedule (when I need them for additional visits and I call them last minute), even when I am travelling or away for a week or two. Melanie and Rob have always delivered when I put in a last minute order, and I absolutely love how Lovett's Pet Care provides updates with text messages and pics on Facebook for visits with my babies. I give my highest recommendation for Rob and Melanie, you simply will not find a better pet sitting service in Naples - and I have tried most of them!

I am very thankful to have stumbled upon Lovett's Lovin Pet Care! My Chihuahua Buddy loves when they take him for his daily dog walks - and I couldn't be happier knowing that he is safe and content while I am at work. Melanie and Robbie are the most professional pet sitters we have used in Naples and they really do an amazing job of being reliable and treating our dog like a little prince. They are very flexible, and often have stayed with him overnight when I travel out of town. I was thrilled to see the cutest photos of Buddy on Facebook - and they made my day when they threw him a birthday party. They are the best!

whenever my family comes down to naples we always go to this petco. It has lots of variety and I like the fish department. It's really good.

I called to inquire about the store taking on an exotic pet for me. The man who answered Leo, placed me on hold to see if anyone they knew was interested. I tried to be patient and give him time since answers can be difficult to seek. I was left on hold for over 20 minutes! This is not the way to conduct business! I have worked in customer service for 7 years and I would never treat even a potential customer this way. Ridiculous! I will never shop here.

I bought two tortoises from this place and within a few days they were sick. They gave a guarantee and did stand by their word. Both turtles died within 3 weeks after we even took to the vet, they said no refund or exchange. This place does not stand by their policy and the owner is a douche bag.
