Luv Manicures and Pedicures

I would not recommend Luv's salon at all. I had and appointment today and when I showed up for my appointment on time they told me that I would have to wait 30 minutes, even though they call to confirm my appointment time to my cellphone.

I ask the receptionist if my time was up after 25 minutes of waiting and she said I had to wait another 15 minutes. I ask her to call the Manager and the she gave even worse customer service, she wouldn't talk to me and didn't apologize and I walk out with nothing. The only reason I waiting was because I had a gift certificate. I HATE this place. They have a sign that the take walk in and can't even handle the appointment clients. I received poor service here and will never ever go again.!!
