I went there to go get my nails done the lady there was rude she charged me one price and then she said another I asked her why she charged me a different price than what she said then she got angry she called me crazy that she wasn't going to do my nails if I didn't said the second practice she said she'd they charged my card twice and when I talk to the manager or the owner he said that he always have a problem with black people because people don't want to tip with a service is terrible so why would you tip bad service if they service was good and they was more nicer and polite maybe they would get a tip I would never never go there again I would never recommend anybody to go there either

I had been going to Nail Envy for a couple of years. The last time I was there they had no idea what I was asking for and ended up giving me exactly what I did not want. I was so upset I was almost in tears. They barely apologized and charged me $50. The next week I went into Bella and they knew exactly what I wanted. I now get the "dip" that costs $35 and does not chip for the entire 4 weeks I keep it on. Needless to say, I go back each month now.
Horrible service, bad nail job, and too pricey.Owner has a bad attitude! I got the no-chip nails and the second day it started to chip. I also had diamonds put on it and she put crazy glue on top!! The diamonds turned white, but she fixed it with topcoat. Overall bad experience!
This is my second trip to the salon. The new owner is very nice. He gave me $5 discount for the pedi service because they are under new management. I like how clean and friendly the place is. My polish are still looking good now too.
