Had a great experience, never really written a review before. Knew nothing about diamonds, I went in, and they spent an hour with me getting me up to speed. Really appreciated the time they spent with me. I shopped around a little bit, and did a little research online, but soon realized I started at the place I was most comfortable, and the price for the diamond I chose was great. Overall, a great experience for someone that know nothing about diamonds.. and I think I know more than most people at this point. No pressure, and great service, worth my first review... DO NOT buy your engagement ring/ wedding band here. When you are first looking for a ring, they will promise quick sizing, appraisal etc.The staff is unprofessional, does not return phone calls, and are annoyed with any quesions. Their apprasial took over 4 months, and they extended the deadline 3 times. They claimed to be understaffed and too busy to get to it. After calling to get an estimate on a style, they took over 2 weeks to call back. Then after 6 months of them telling me to wait to resize my ring until "after my fingers swelled during the summer" they told me that they wouldnt size the ring becuase the diamonds would fall out.
