Polly’s Jewelry is by far our favorite jeweler! The expertise and friendliness of the staff is always quite helpful in our deciding which pieces we choose to purchase. Much appreciation for taking care of our jewelry needs for almost 2 decades!

I thought I completely ruined my favorite jewelry! Rosemary was very helpful on the phone and she explained different options to me. She also helped ease my mind while I was completely freaking out. When I went in the store to have them take a look at my pieces, Jason was able to completely make my charms look brand new again! Everyone was extremely nice and professional. I will absolutely be back!

I always bring my watch to be serviced here and always have had exceptional service. Brought my sons Timex watch yesterday to see if they carried parts- got a new peg/spring for the band, which they don't even carry his cheap sports watch there, and they repaired it for free! Loyal customer here- Highly recommend.

I have always been a savy shopper looking for the best value but I don't think I will ever shop anywhere else. The staff at Pollys is incredibly kind, respectful, and have earned my trust through various trips to all three of their locations. I am happy Charleston has a jeweler with integrity that can educate me on what I am looking for while also giving me the most competitive price...even better than online, Charlotte or Atlanta.

Best jewelry store around! The sales people go above and beyond! The quality of their merchandise does not compare to anything I have seen before. Also, it is family owned and the owners are awesome people. SHOP LOCAL!

Horrible Customer Service



I just went into the Mount Pleasant location to purchase a new TAGheuer watch as they are an authorized dealer. Sadly, when we walked into the store we weren't greeted with a "hello." In fact, we weren't even acknowledged. One sales associate was helping another customer but there was another lady that made eye contact but just went about her business. After 20 minutes of standing patiently in front of the watch case, I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Upon leaving, I was surprised to find out that the manager, Lisa, was the one that failed to acknowledge our existence..Shame on you Polly's. If you want GREAT service I would steer clear of this store...as you surely won't get it here. As another reviewer pointed out, it's a shame that I don't have the option of not offering any stars.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Brought ring in to have it reset, after 6 wks of waiting and being promised she was working on it, I gave up and called to just pick the ring up . I was told that the salesperson was on vacation and they couldn't even find my jewelry! When I threatened to call the police , the lady finally called back and stated they had found my jewelry? I took the pieces to HANCHEY's they had an awesome ring in less than 5 days.
