        Mike and Miss Annette have done a great job making sure we are included in all the social aspects of a large office setting. They host large parties for Mardi Gras for all the tenants and our families. They deliver homemade cookies and brownies to our offices and open their break room to anyone ready to drink coffee and discuss current events, LSU anything, or politics. Their cleaning staff is super friendly and very clean. They make it easy to enjoy working every day.

        Mike and his staff do a great job managing properties around the Monroe, LA area. They have been a huge part of keeping us at OIB Plaza over the years. We opened our business in 2007 and have enjoyed increased sales every year.
