        THEY WERE VERY PROMPT TO MAKE A HOME CALL DUE TO PLUMBING ISSUES. THEY WERE UNFORTUNATELY UNABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM DUE TO EXTENSIVE SEWER PROBLEMS.

        WE HAVE KNOW THE DEFOREST SINCE WE CAME TO SMITH MOUNTAIN LAKE IN 1997. WE APPRECIATE YOUR SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, AND HONESTY.
