I've been to nail shops literally all over the country and have never had such a horrible experience. For starters the place is in desperate need of cleaning with that being said I was desperate @5 on a Saturday afternoon. I needed one acrylic nail fixed and a full refill, they insisted in that pushy sorta way that I get a pedicure. Ok sure , I was left sitting in the uncomfortable broken pedi-chair until the water was freezing, while this incredibly rude and creepy man picked his toenails. A semi nice lady finally showed up to do a rushed horrible job on my toes, she promptly finished and got me situated fir my refill. To my horror the creepy guy was to do my nails, I did witness him wash his hands and use a crusty bottle of what appeared to be sanitizer. Now of course this is my fault but I had reinjured a broken finger, I informed him of this first thing, by the third time he twisted it so hard I was crying he seemed to finally get it, it was very swollen by this point and turning purple, most of my fingers were bleeding and he seemed happy that this was the result. I was actually a bit scared because for some time we were the only two people in the shop. When I was ready to go let me nails dry "they were done so bad , it's really hard to describe" he turned all the lights off and I was sitting in the dark for nearly 10 minutes, finally my daughter showed up to save me, I was so relieved I starting crying again and left so quickly I almost forgot my purse. Now this is the part that really got me, by the following morning my nails "acrylics" had literally began to melt off, my nails were so misshapen and sore I just couldn't believe it. I guess the best way to describe it is the acrylic itself never dried, set, hardened. I paid $52.00 THE END
