I purchased a phone and ported my number over without incident. Then...I was told that if I provided a "10" review they would give me a new case. I just had to mention Karen (my salesperson) and bring the review in for them to see. I am a business owner and I do not like being bribed for a positive review. It appears this is the policy of this store. I can not believe that the owner of this store would allow this behavior. I have every intention of calling Regional Corporate and let them know of this practice. I'm ticked! Who do you believe when it come to "bought" Customer Service???
Eddon and Yelda are the rudest reps I've ever came across. They don't care about your product that you purchased. IPhone 7 was giving to me as a gift now the SIM tray was damaged by Eddon. Yelda has the worse attitude. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
Best Customer Service I've Ever Experienced. Easy close to door parking & right on the Corner of Signal Butte & The Trail. They treat you like family & you can always grab the best Mexican Food you have ever tasted right next door to them. I've been in Sales most of my life & I know Customer Service, T-Mobile is a 10+ on my scale, which is a very high scale to grab my personal attention. ������������
I hate this store I payed 500 for a galaxy s4 and was going to flash it and was told it was stolen
I have been with Sprint for over 12 years and never had a problem until I started going to this place. Every time I brought my phone in to get repaired they told me nothing was wrong with it or I can get a new phone for over 300.00 or pay 150.00 for a refurbished phone through my insurance I have on my phone. Also when i went in to the location today one sales person I had was telling me how sorry he was for customer service reps for this company being stupid and how sorry he was that the tech team they have at this location are stupid for never putting in work order tickets everytime I brought my phone in to get repaired for the same problem I might add.... He was not willing to help me at all with the cost of a new phone at all just wanted more money and told me there was nothing he could do for me on it. After being there for over an hour and half and waiting 45 min to even be seen I left there ready to take my whole family to a different phone carrier. I call Sprint customer care and Terri from customer care helped me and sent me to another location to pick up my new phone free of charge. I will never go back to this location they have the worst customer service and they push blame onto others and talk down about their own company to customers.
