The WiFi is bad—really bad. It is down multiple times a day--almost every day. When contacting the office--letting them know about the unacceptable internet interruptions was told --"yeah...well I don't know what you want me to do about it." THAT’S A DIRECT QUOTE. We opted to upgrade for the faster/better WiFi--but the delivery system IN THE PARK is so bad--we STILL had really bad internet connections. I guess they feel that they don't have to update/repair their internal internet connections because they don't charge for it AND they still get to advertise that it's free. Very disappointing—Mesa is a technologically advanced city. Also—city statutes do not allow propane delivery to your unit—only to a free standing tank—so you have to drive your rig out-of park to get propane for it--unless you are comfortable connecting or disconnecting your rig to or from an independent propane tank every time you want to take a road trip. Kind of defeats the “hit the road when I feel like it” perks of owning an rv or motor home. It is a nice park other than the above mentioned negative issues—it’s clean, safe, and a well maintained park with lots of activities and clubs and the neighbors are all very friendly and helpful.
Customer service is amazing
I just had a moving today and it was worst moving experience ever. It was my 4th moving within city but it was worst experience. Manager of Bargain Moving forced me to pay total fee when truck came and everything was all set. At last moment manager was threatening me either pay all amount (which was sent as quote assuming for 3 hours) right now otherwise he can call his driver back and even he didn't allowed driver to start driving. Most importantly he was forcing to do payment as cash. It was very stressful situation and I was forced to allow to charge whatever he feels right and let my moving start. He never talked for whole payment before scheduling the move. I would recommend stay away from bargain movers if you want comfortable moving. Stay away even his driver Cesar as he always tried to spent time in talking or even driving. On highways he was driving on speed of 40 where allowed speed was 65. Company and their movers only tried to be slow as slow as possible to make moving more costly. May god saves such movers and moving experience. Destiny who scheduled move was very cooperative but her manager and divers both made my moving experience worst ever. - Thanks
Do not buy from this dealer. They use bate and switch ads on Craigslist. They have listed the same trailer on there for the last two months. When you go to see it they say it's sold and try to sell you something else. scam.
I hired a crew of 4 to move a 2 bd/2 ba apartment. It was scheduled for 10am. They arrived at 8:30 with no warning. My wife reviewed the estimate and handed each mover a pre-loading tip to encourage a quick move. I arrived about 10am to find less than half of my stuff loaded. Two movers were young and clearly inexperienced. During loading, at least one person was always on a break and there were several complaints about items being too heavy. They disagreed about how to carry and pack several items. One of them stated jovially “these young guys are moving slow”. Concerned, I called the company to prepare them for an inevitable complaint if the move took much longer. They told me they would have dispatch “hurry them up”. When they finally closed the truck door, almost 5 hours had passed and there were still multiple items in the apartment. When they were late arriving at the new place I called the company again to formally complain. When they finally arrived, the driver hands me his phone with the manager on the phone. I thought he was calling for customer service but he was only calling to verify payment. He was dismissive and became increasingly rude. I told him I would be filing a complaint and I wanted my belongings unloaded as soon as possible. At almost 2:00, he set the end time of 2:30. I reminded the movers about the tip.The driver announced the time and stopped working. The others brought in the remaining items but left them in the floor. Later we found multiple damaged items including damage to the walls in the house. The customer service experience was horrible. When we are paying for a service during an already stressful event like moving, a simple caring interaction with the company can go a long way. In addition, it would be helpful for a consumer to know that the staff they are hiring is young and inexperienced. If I had known that then I would have been prepared for the timing of the move.

I have had Juan make several repairs/modifications to my Destination Lodge, and everything he has done has been excellent. His prices are very reasonable, and he is usually very quick to respond. He is the ONLY person I will call if I have an issue.
Very nice park, lots of nice amenities. Security a big problem, with loads of recent break ins due to lack of security. Keep things locked up and be careful from 12 midnite to 6 am.
