Stellar Graphix is terrible. I foolishly placed an order with them after first opening my law office. Of course, even after I talked with the guy on the phone and spelled out my office's name, address and phone number they still screwed it up. I tried to return the pens and was given the runaround with vague promises of having a new order with the correct information on the pens shipped out within a week. Needless to say, it's almost two years later and I'm still waiting on that shipment. They still call me on the phone with the same cheesy sales pitch and opening lines asking me to place orders with them and after losing my temper with the last guy and telling hm off they stopped calling for a while. Unfortunately they have started calling again and I hang up on them as soon as I get that same cheesy opening line about being the guy with the lousy jokes. This company is a joke, and not a good one.

High pressure telemarketing call that ends with you getting hung up on if you resist their tactics.



Funny thing was I was actually in market for the pens the sales rep was trying to pitch to me. I kept letting the guy know that I will need pens but i'm not in a position to make a decision now. Every time I said that he just dropped the price and re-engaged his sales pitch. Rinse and repeat this cycle about 5 times and then the guy just hung up on me. Obviously this company isn't in the market for long term clients and just want to squeeze you for a quick buck.

dont use this Stellar Graphix Inc !!!! worst service and quality of work and customer satisfaction. I had a really big item production for a new business I was starting, John (the owner_ had promised me that it would be completed on the date. Paid my $5K deposit and guess what. It was completed late 5 days later and to top that off. It was incorrect. Do yourself a favor, he promises you one thing, takes your money and then the work is incorrect, sloppy, smudges, wrong cuts. And he kept the deposit so now I we are in court. Fair warning. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Telemarketing VULTURES!!! Please don't buy anything from these people. They call everyday and are very rude when Iask them not to call anymore.

Horrible Service...I will never use again !!! 300 pens with the wrong Buisness name and offered me a $75 credit on my NEXT order...there will never be a next order...When I called they couldnt even find my account...Avoid !!!!

I don't think this business is legit. I just received a random call from them saying they are doing some sort of special. SURE... First red flag.



So they asked me what I would be interested out of magnets or pens. I said pens.



They put on their "supervisor" on and I asked him where they were located, he replied Mesa Arizona. I then asked "what is their website?" since after all my company does web marketing and obviously look at a company's Website before doing business with them.



Well, he started beating around the bush talking. I then said, great, but what is your website so I can check it out. He then, Hung up on me. What a great way to do business!



I then looked them up online, found this yellow page listing, called them and asked, "Do you guys have a website" he said no. SERIOUSLY you guys do not have a website? This is not 1990, who would take your company serious or do business with you if you do not have a website?



But if you look at the link on Yellow Pages they have a link to a website: http://stellargraphix.logomall.com/ Yeah, it doesn't quite convey professionalism or any assurance they are legit.



Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time, and steer clear. These guys seem like scammers.

Go somewhere else. Andrew was the pushiest most annoying waste of time I have ever come across. He yelled an offensive joke in my ear so I asked him not to call back. He left a message screaming at me that I was a "d*ck". He even called using a manager's cell phone. This company is a waste of time, don't do business with them. Anyone in Arizona or the rest of the country should stay far away.

This company has done everything I have ever asked. The products are the best I found around. I have sent recommended several people and they have told me they had the same great expirence. I would recommend them to anyone the pricing is the cheapest I have seen and the quality has been the best.

These folks called me three times. I'm sure they got my number from my business license info which is a matter of public record. Since the calls were unsolicited, I told them I do not do business over the telephone and asked them to stop calling. They replied with obscenities and insults.



I cannot believe this company is still in business. If I quoted what the last caller said to me, no one would ever do business with them. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

I will NEVER use these people again. Their products are decent and I ordered from them every time they called my business until they charged my credit card almost $300 without authorization. I called them and NEVER got a call back. The receptionist kept saying she would "put in a request for them to call" and they NEVER did despite me calling for 2 weeks straight. They don't care about the customers AT ALL!
