This company is the worst! I got an order for 100 keychain flashlights. 38 were completely dead right out of the box and the others were dying or flickering. I've already paid for the items and the customer service person tells me they are taking me to collections! The quality of the flashlight is terrible and so is the imprint. Stay away from this company.

They call from "Blocked ID" everyday. I finally asked them what they needed and they started trying to sell me on COD some pen/lights engraved. I asked them to remove me off their list and where they were calling from. First they asked me why I said: cause you're number is blocked and I don't do business with anyone afraid to tell me who they are. Then looked them up on BBB. Good god I would never buy from a company with ratings like that. Yes they cracked a joke. But the worst part is the first few times they called I asked what they wanted before I would get them the business owner (which is me) and they called me a F***ing A**hole and hung up. Nice, now last time I checked that wasn't a good way to get new customers.

This company cannot deliver what they promise and then they will tell you anything to make you feel good, but don't ever expect them to come through to please you. This place should not be used for being fraudulent. Careful using them.

True Con Artists. Watch out

I really had a good experience with my salesman, I believe his name was Kent. Although I ordered 300 pens for almost $200 & I still have yet to receive my order, its been 5 weeks now.



I call them but every time I call, someone hangs up on me. Not a trustful business at all.



WE SHOULD START A PETITION TO BRING DOWN THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS.

THEY CALL ME EVERY DAMN DAY FOR EVERY HOUR. I TOLD THEM ONCE I HAD THE MONEY TO GIVE IN A FEW MONTHS, I'D BE GLAD TO ORDER THEIR PRODUCTS.



THE SALESMAN LAUGHED IN MID SENTENCE & BEGAN INSULTING ME AS A BUSINESS OWNER SAYING THEY'RE GONNA KEEP CALLING ME EVERY DAY UNTIL I HAVE THE MONEY.

A horrible, horrible company to come across. They're really a scam & con artist stealing the SGI name from Specialty Graphics Inc of Phoenix, they have no care for costumers or employees. The minute they run your card, you'll never hear from them again.

I bought keychains & paid for it months ago & nothing received YET!! i call & no answer... There sales people keep calling me & i ask to be transferred to Customer Service for orders & no call back either.... I got RIPPED OFF!

This company is a total SCAM! stay away from them at any cost.

This company has called me 5 times and hangs up when I answer. If I was interested in purchasing a product from them I sure as hell am not interested now. So please, read your reviews and don't call me again. You are pathetic.
