I had Jake for my scorpion problem. Not sure if it's Jake c or l. But he was awesome. I canceled truly nolen. Jake was on time, listened to all my craziness and did a great job. Truly nolen belittled my scorpion problem and did nothing for me. This guy did more in one visit than truly nolen did all month :) even gave me advice on how to seal my doors and all that :)

Joshua Ropper arrived at the designated time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, & professional.

Our Technician Lance was great! Very punctual and professional. So far I have had nothing but a great experience with Bulwark. They always answer all my questions and concerns and not only do they do a great job with their service, but they also share great tips for pest prevention. My wife and I moved to New River last year after living 40 years in Southern California. Needless to say we have encountered insects and arachnids we never saw previously. We recently began seeing scorpions in our house so we contacted Bulwark Exterminating. They sent Lance to our house to provide service and both he and the service were outstanding. Lance treated our home inside and outside, providing protection against not only scorpions, but centipedes, cockroaches, spiders, crickets, and all those unnamed critters we occasionally see. The day after the treatment we began finding dead insects inside and out so we know the treatment works. Lance fully explained what he was going to do and why, taking into consideration the safety of our pets. He was fully knowledgeable of Bulwark's products and processes and answered all questions to our satisfaction. Coupled with his professionalism and personable demeanor the entire experience was very positive. As a result we'll have Bulwark (and Lance) providing pest treatment to our home on a recurring basis. I highly recommend Bulwark and Lance for anyone living in New River and surrounding areas
