I had my first service appointment with Bulwark yesterday (John was the representative). After coming from an exterminator service that wrapped me into a contract and then seemed to dilute their chemicals to the point of being useless, I was a bit apprehensive about trusting another provider but I was more sick of spraying my yard myself. Bulwark to the rescue!



I spoke at length with them before making an appointment. Bulwark does not do contracts (more vested interest in always doing a great job!), has very comparable plans, their treatments are pet safe, and they are thorough. They also emphasize taking care of their employees so that their employees are more empowered to take better care of the customers. Having met John, I have to say that this is the case. John was absolutely fantastic. He thoroughly explained what steps he was taking today, what to anticipate every other month on the return visits, what to do if any insect activity is seen between visits, and even treated inside of some baseboard outlets to dissuade any infestations that may move into the walls. John was pleasant, intelligent, and seemed to genuinely care about delivering a good experience. Two thumbs up all around!



I anticipate a long relationship with Bulwark - if you are in the market, this is one company that is absolutely worthy of your business.

I am always hesitant to have someone come into my house when my husband is not home. But Blake was so friendly and respectful that I had no concerns. Blake was quick and explained exactly what he was going to do. He even put up with my dog who wouldn't stop barking at him. I am now bug free and highly recommend Bulwark.

Dylan did a wonderful job. He was quick, efficient and friendly! I would definitely recommend Bulwark Exterminating.

Chuck did a fabulous job for us! He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my 3 small children throughout his visit! He was focused and thorough and we are so grateful for his attention to detail! We highly recommend Chuck!

Evan came up to our home in North Phoenix two times in under two weeks to make sure our scorpion problems got resolved quickly. Super professional. Has extensive knowledge of pests and how they behave. Highly recommended!

Evan is very caring, knowledgeable and serious about pleasing the homeowner. He is a great scorpion fighter! We're glad to have him as a Bulwark technician.

We have always had great technicians with Bulwark, but Lance Montgomery was absolutely fantastic! He was thorough and even complied with my request of entering quietly because my son was still sleeping. I will be requesting that he be the one doing all of our sprays from now on.
