I was issued a check FROM BANK OF AMERICA. As I am not a Bank of America Member, I went there to cash it. They charge me an 8% FEE to cash a check issued by them. I spoke to the branch manager Carrie Eiss whom barely acknowledge my frustration, and just kept stating that its policy and she cannot help me. This branch manager HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS whatsoever. Can I live without a few extra bucks? Yes! But this manager needs to learn to give the customer the pickle. Maybe its time to replace her...
I went to the location on Stapley. Thier change machine was down I was trying to deposit change. They told me there was nothing they could do for me come back at around 3 to see if it's fixed. Contacted the customer service they told me they can't accept loose change and to roll it. I rolled my change then came to this location. I walked up to the counter let the teller know I needed to deposit the change into my account she then rolled her eyes and told me they don't accept rolled change from customers. I informed her I spoke to customer service and that they do. She then told me she would have to open all the rolls. So they don't accept loose change but then when you roll it they have to go threw and reopen it all anyway. I really liked this bank up until today customer service has gone from great to poor really fast and seems like every teller doesn't want to take the time to assist every customer no matter what thier problem is. Looking for a new bank now.
The worst customer service.. My husband waited five minutes to speak with someone and was never acknowledged at all.. They won't get my business!
I have never been spoken to so rudely before I opened an account at DSFCU.my account went negative due to an error in their contracted bill pay system and I have called eight times to try and stop the nsf fees of 35.00 until I got paid. They refused to work with me and I racked up 23 fees before all was said and done and no one was willing to help me. I just got attitude from everyone!!
Nice people, very thoughtful
I would give this bank negative stars. Horrible. Longest, slowest line ever on the planet.
Enjoyed my time banking with NFCU when I was in the military, and absolutely thrilled they opened an office here in the east valley. Reactivated my account and its been a great experience banking with them again the past two years, as it was before. In my experience in Arizona, there is no comparison to other banks in the state. That's after banking with a couple other local credit unions, and 4 other banks the past 12+ years (prior to return banking with NFCU). Car loan is great, checking and savings is great, credit card is good, and soon I'm looking to bank with my LLC. This credit union is absolutely for its members, unlike any other banking institution I've been involved with. If you are eligible to be a member, I'd highly recommend it with the other poor options here in AZ.
they have the best manager ever joyleen is awesome. she has such a wonderful personality and she's great with customers I wouldn't use any other bank or Banker besides her and Wells Fargo...
