i love fresh market! i feel like i am in the home of my wonderful grandmother, mary hester, way down in schlater, miss.!! i wish, wish, i had been raised on a farm down in the miss. delta, but, the next best thing is fresh market! there used to be a "squash blossom" store on union. i cried when it closed! do you know why it closed? not enough customers! there are so many fat, lazy, stupid, people in memphis on food stamps, that they want to shovel anything into their mouths. the "obama generation", as i call them. go to this store, people! buy their foods. all of them. they are full of the nutrition that God originally put in food. they are not "empty, dead" foods! then, maybe, just maybe, probably, there will be less and less cancer, that is killing the peoples of this fine nation@
Iam so happythat there is now a store where we can buy some hot good tasting real food.. The whole neighbor hood is still talking about the store and the good foodthat you are serving the community. You are missing popsicles and ice cream. If already have it iam glad. And i am so glad that you are not selling beer. Tha keeps all the drunks from hanging around there. But what i hate is the People'z be begging outside the store. Please stop that it keeps People'z afraid to approach the store. Keep up the GOOD Cooking
i remember when fred montesi opened at this location back in the early 1960's! i was one of the first people into this store, now cash saver, when it opened on saturday several years ago. i love the "cost plus 10%")! i know most of the managers, they having transferred from piggly wiggly. i now have a peg tube (stomach tube), but, i bought collards, and, mustard greens there today to blend in my mixer. just ate them! i can't taste them, but, the prices were great. love how they just re-modeled this store. love this place! takes me way, way back.
Just had a door installed by Louis and he did an outstanding job. Louis was so nice and very knowledgeable to his work and helpful as well. I highly recommend Louis if your looking for any household fixtures done and he can do it he's the man but if he can't do it 10 times out of 10 he knows someone who does. Great job louis..
Gary's is a lifesaver for me on sunday's. We stop and get 3 dinners and get home and mix and match on the vegetables. when you're done, you are done! Nothing left to do but take a nap. Wonderful homecooking at a good price. They are busy but fast! Love them!
My house was getting run down. Lots of rotten wood and it just looked bad. The crew at Capital Construction replaced all the nasty wood and did amazing work renovating the out side of my home. I highly recommend them for any home remodeling job.
Racist comments made on FB by con- owner. You never know who's listening, so careful what you say on FB. Food may be good, with Black cooks on the back, but a lot of business could be lost for a slip if the tongue. Won't be going there.
Hello!Yesterday i went Inda Bazar , Memphis .. WOW waht a store ..with so many Indian Groceries and so many options. A huge Indian store in Memphis. with lots of good Indian Items, Rate are also very good . do visit..
Very long lines/turnover of employees so that's to say these people are not being paid like they should cause the store is very busy an making plenty of money it's the only store in the area since Kroger shutdown.
Despite the previous negative review, the store staff are very helpful and courteous. The store carries a good assortment of products, even Dino's andouille sausage! Lots of good parking. Look for bulk food items
