We have worked with Charlotte and team for several years now. Soooo helpful!

The storage unit is very clean and welcoming and for a while the price was pretty decent but then every few months they started hiking it up and additional $10 or so. They offer discounts to new customers but nothing for the people that have given continuous business. Also I was misquoted a price and they charged me a different price. When I explained, they basically told me tough luck even though you agreed to $$$ we are still gonna charge you $$$ and that's what you have to pay. Customer service is very poor. I also needed an extra day to move my stuff out and instead of prorating me the amount they said they had to charge me for an entire month! I'm sorry but that's not acceptible. If i ever need one again i will be looking into a different company and won't be sending over referrals
