wow what a scam, minimum wadge, management is always yelling, whenever i come into this store i ask to speak with someone who speaks ENGLISH, this is important or you wont get good service

Bought a replacement digitizer online and tried repairing it myself. I initially thought something was wrong with digitizer I got online but figured I would bring it in to PCW to have them install the one I ordered online. After 4 weeks and me going in there every few days, they could not fix it. They ended up glueing the digitizer without testing it. I hadn't glued it because instructions on Youtube showed it should be tested to confirm it works before using the adhesive. So now I have a bad digitizer I can't even return from online order because they glued it and it'll get damaged when I try to take it apart. With my many attempts to get the ipod, I noticed many customers were not happy with their service as well. They are very unorganized and will not last long at this location based on my experience and what I saw with others coming in. I would NOT recommend this place!

Do not take your computer here!! My computer wouldn't charge. I took my computer here two weeks ago. I was told it was the motherboard and would be $120 to fix. Without knowing, my computer was shipped to Orange Ct. When asked how long it would take, I was told only 7 days. It's final back in machester. Now, they day it's the motherboard and they can't fix it!!! But, they charged $30 to tell me that two weeks later after being told they could! The worst in service, the worst in repair!!! I would never advis ANYONE to use ANY PCW ANYWHERE!
