Scrap Processing Asset Rcvry

We hauled a load (Machine) from Maumee, OH to PA. The load delivered in tact and with no issues. Our driver lost the paperwork. SPARC got paid by their customer. Proof of the payment was provided to us. SPARC will not release the money , which they have received, to pay us. They won't even return our calls. A lawsuit has been filed and the IRS will likely be contacted as well. Good luck if you do business with this company.
