East Madison Toyota Service and Parts

My husband and I have been looking for a car for quite awhile. Through Craigslist, private sellers, car dealers (both new and used cars), it is or I should say, can be frustrating. We ended up at East Madison Toyota and we are so very, very happy we did. From our salesman, JJ to Jamie, John and Cory, we cannot even imagine going anywhere else from now on. Everyone is so sincerely nice, helpful, genuine and down-to-earth. JJ asked questions and worked with us to meet our specific needs, no pressure. JJ was always very nice and extremely patient. We had a ton of questions and a lot of going back and forth. Do we buy used? Do we buy new? We looked at both.
