I see by your reviews here that other customers have had the same bad experience as I've had for the past 2 days .Order was wrong 2 days in a row. When I pointed this out they were deliberately rude. I asked to talk to the manager , the guy being rude said he was the manager. I then I wanted to speak to his boss. He said the owner would be in around 7 pm. When I called he said call back another day after lying about whether he was the manager or the owner. My order was repeated to them twice because of their first mistake. They still got it wrong and lied and were rude in the process. If they get your order wrong and you complain they are nasty and do nothing to satisfy your order. Don't bother. The food is not so great anyway they deliver is the only reason they were called in the first place. Guess I will drive for my pizza or order China Bell instead. Roma sucks.

Called initially after waiting 50 minutes, and associate wasn't aware of my order. I let them know what i ordered, to which a manager was brought it because it was't showing in the system. Rachel (manager) told me it was in the car and should be there shortly. I waited 20 more minutes, called back, and Rachel told me the driver just left with my pizza, and said I had only waited 45 minutes, telling me I was wrong. Rachel was very rude and short. I spoke with her at 8:28pm, and now I'm waiting on my pizza so I can give an update on the quality. Approximately 8:42 i called the store and spoke with Cindy, who put me on hold until 8:47, then told me the order's been cancelled. I asked to speak with Rachel, who was unavailable. I was not given an explanation, a sorry, or any kinda of gesture for apology. This customer service is awful. I will also be calling the store manager tomorrow.
First of all, I want to state, as bad as I don't want to admit, the food is great. BUT the service is the worst I have EVER experienced & being in the food service industry for many years in upper level management/ownership, I have seen some garbage service, but this place takes the cake. The first time I ordered my food, I got the COMPLETELY wrong order, then called that night, was told to just call back when I wanted & it would be replaced (mind you, I spent 60+ that night bc we had just moved into our new house & wanted to feed everyone that helped), when I finally did, the 'owner' told me I was a liar, cussed at me, & refused to do anything to even attempt to regain my business. Tonight I ordered for my family, reluctantly, but my boys wanted a Stromboli& I didn't feel like driving, while the food was great, the driver was the biggest, sexist, pig I have ever met, even spoke down &cursed at me in front of my four and eight year old children& refused to leave a copy of the receipt
Extremely slow delivery on a Monday evening. Ordered hand tossed and received thin crust!!! Never again.
Pizza was 30 minutes late and never did bring the drinks we paid for. Will not use again! No ethics or customer service at all.
love the take out 3 for 10 deal alway call in advance and always ready when i come in. staff is also great and helpful. It is a little crowded on the weekends so be prepared for kid running around and hungry folk jocking for place at the line but i like the variety usually use the takeout deal and go home an eat it lot more fun and hey it cheap and just as good as the other places that sale the same pizzia for five buck more. good eating folks
