I will NEVER go back to this nail salon. I have no issue paying for a job well done or at least done properly but the last that did my nails did a horrible job. I didn't want to pay for the job she had done but it was awful and when I didn't want to pay she called the police on me. I was told I had to pay even though I believe the customer is always right and I shouldnt have been forced to pay for a service that was terrible.
This place is an awesome way to treat your self after a long day at work. These ladies are always happy to see you, most nail salons treat you as a number, not this place they treat you from the time you walk into the shop and until you leave. Love them all to pieces. I've been going to this shop for about 8 years, and its always a pleasure.
Really sweet people. Clean facility. No pressure. Reasonable pricing. Doesn't have a strong smell like some nail places have. I'll be returning.
OMG. I went there today. The lady who did my nails took a kitchen CHEESE GRATER to my foot. I know because I have the same grater!!! SHE RIPPED THE SKIN OFF MY TOES. I have photos. THIS IS HORRIBLE. I told her to stop because it hurt, and said, "Oh, yes, I see." And wouldn't make eye contact again.
Never again will I ever go back to this nail shop... Rude employees, one guy rushed and did my nails. I had to go to lovely nail to get them redone .. Smh never again
This is the most rude nail shop I have ever been to. They do not know how to treat their clients. Every time I have been there, I have had a bad experience. I should have learned from the first bad experience, but I kept giving them another try. Never again will I spend my money somewhere that doesn't appreciate my business. Please, Please, Please don't patronize this place!!!!!!!
best place ever, been going there over 10yrs
The prices are out of the world. I would advise absolutely no one to come to this salon the prices are totally ridiculous. Services is horrible. I walked out & refuse to pay for the services I did receive.
I went and got a full set the service was beyond poor the lady kept cutting my skin to were I had to down right refuse to allow her to use a nail file or the drill I went ahead and paid the $25 that was asked but NEVER AGAIN WILL I SIT FOR A ENTIRE HOUR AND A HALF TO GET MY NAILS DOWN WHEN it's only a 30 min job you would be better for off going a few miles up the road somewhere else
This was my first (and last) time of using this salon for nail services. It was overpriced and underserviced. I got a shellac manicure and a spa pedicure. They charged me $85 when I normally pay $65-75 for the same 2 services elsewhere. In addition, the place was almost deserted on a Friday afternoon. That should have been my first red flag. In the 2 1/2 hours I was there, only 2 clients came in for quick fixes. In addition, the place looked untidy. Boxes were sitting on the water fountain and the sink in the restroom wasn't working (no way to wash your hands after using the bathroom). The equipment looked covered with nail dust and debris. In addition, the instruments appeared rather dirty and I wonder if proper sanitation methods were being utilized. I don't know what the TN health regulations are, but it sure wouldn't pass in FL. The products used were off-brand and inferior. I've had hundreds of shellac manicures and didn't recognize the brands they used and I'm very familiar with what's out there on the market. Now on to the service itself... the nail tech didn't listen to what I wanted done and in fact, did the opposite. When I brought this up, she seems disinterested and unapologetic. The paint job was sloppy and crooked. She didn't bother to either thank me or even say goodbye as I was leaving... LOW marks for customer satisfaction. There is a big sign stating "CASH ONY - NO REFUNDS". I think it's the only nail salon I've been to that doesn't accept credit cards. AND I was asked to pay for the services BEFORE they were finished. When I asked why, the other nail tech (there were only 2) said they didn't want me to "mess up my nails". If any of you have even had a shellac manicure, you know you can't mess them up, one of the perks over a regular manicure. I've never been asked to prepay a nail service before... very unusual, but perhaps they found out that clients was dissatisfied and didn't want to pay up. Regardless, my advice is to RUN from this salon. It's not worth your time and money!
