We want to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at Hospice of the South Plains for what you did for our mom and dad. We know that for our parents, their pains, illnesses, suffering and loneliness were eased for a while by opening their eyes to see your friendly smiles and gentle caring spirits. You not only touched them, but also the rest of our family as well. God bless you and your families.
What a team of caring and loving professionals. It's a company that prides itself on personalized care, where clients are treated like family!
I tried to use "Hospice of Lubbock" for my 95 year old mother and was not happy with the outcome. I let them go the second day. First of all, the staff is very professional, first they wanted to bring a hospital bed for her that very same moment without me making arrangements in removing the house bed. When I rejected, they wanted to take her to a nursing facility, without even trying to help her to find out if she could get better. Yesterday, after the 3rd day at home she is fully recovering with out the help from "Hospice of Lubbock".
