Ken Jordan Contractors

I had a roof put on in 1996 by Ken Jordan Roofing. I had trouble with leaking of what I thought was around my chimney. I was tol by a Ken Jordan employee I needed tuck & point and he added some other material to the chimney cap. Work was done tuck & point and a $14 dollar piece of rubber was glued to the chimney cap for the cost of $450! Turns out this didn't fix the moisture problem but made it worse since the piece of rubber only held moisture in the chimney. I had another contractor come out and saw the work of the $14 piece of material added to the chimney cap and said I should get my money back because I should not have been charged $450 for work that was not actually done appropriately. I had my chimney relined, and a new cap placed on the chimney for the same cost of $450 since the man doing the work felt bad I had been sooooo ripped off! I do not recommend using Ken Jordan Roofing! If they were unable to do the job that was needed, they should have said so instead of doing a fake doctoring of the chimney and ripping me off!
