Ichiban Samurai

If you love sushi, go to Ichiban. Not only do they have All-You-Can-Eat Sushi, but they also have the best specialty rolls around. What makes it even better is that they're all definitely affordable and cheaper than other restaurants. Don't let the cost fool you though, the quality of the food is excellent whether you get the All-You-Can-Eat Sushi or the more expensive specialty rolls. They're also very creative. I love the Mad Hatter Roll and the Volcano Roll. They also have the hibachi grills, which is high quality food that doesn't hurt your wallet. If you want the best food around at an affordable price, definitely go to Ichiban.

We have tried every Japanese Steakhouse in Louisville and many around the country. This is definitely the best. The shrimp sauce is exclusively made by their chef and beats any restaurant anywhere. The service is great and friendly. You want to check this out!

Me and my boyfriend have been going here every week for 2 years now, and before i met him, him and his family had been going there for years. It is hands down the best Japanese in town. I love everyone who works there and my favorite is the zucchini!
