Chain Saw World

This has been the worst place I have ever had to go. I was told my 8 dollar part was going to cost 10 dollars to put on and when I went to get my chain saw i was charged 32.50 for an 8 dollar part. The manager Tammy was very rude and basically said she had no idea what i was talking about. The problem was not resolved and i was not given any help. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My husband ordered a part from Chain Saw World and 30 days later they were still claiming the part was on back order. My husband called Briggs and Stratton and they told him that the part was not on back order. He placed an order with Briggs and Stratton and the part arrived at the house in 2 days!!

The female customer service rep. at Chain Saw World is RUDE!!!!! When I ask her if she had read the Co.'s reviews on line, she stated, "I really don't care. Especially if they are customers like YOU!!!" What does that tell ya for fine customer service?

Stay away from this business if at all possible!!! There are other business like this one in town.

People these reviews are right on the spot with Chainsaw world. Hostile is correct I just had my experience with these chainsaw Nazi's.... Never will I go to them again for anything. Unbelievable they even have a business.....honestly.

Chain saw world has very hostile business practices. They did not inform me of their absolutely no returns or refunds policy, until I tried to cancel my order 15 minutes after I placed it after finding the same parts at half the price at searspartsdirect.com.

It could have not been any worse. Stay away.

Very poor business. They will tell you one thing and never do what they say. Two week turn around turns in 1 month and half long deal. Do not recommend business with them.

I took my atv to be repaired at Chainsaw World and they kept if for 3 months. Always got the run around when I would call to check on the status. No one EVER called me to keep me updated. Several occasions I would be told they couldn't find my ticket & would have to call me back-no on would call back. Twice I was told I would have to speak to someone else and they weren't in that day. Once a Manager promised to call me first thing Monday morning and he never called. I finally was able to reach him on Wednesday. At one point I was told it was repaired & when I showed up to pick it up-it was not finished. I would not recommend Chainsaw World to anyone.
