        I have been home all day. FexEx stopped by as I was in the backyard. By the time I got to the front they were gone. I called the 800# to let them know I am home. They said the item would be redelivered in 1/2 hour. 45 min. went by, no one came. I called the 800# again and they said no one put in a re delivery notice. They would try again and gave me a confirmation #. This all happened from 2:10, I called the first time at 2:15, they re called at 3:10 . The last time I called they said they could not reach anyone at FedEX in Longwood, they would leave a message and I may get a call within 2 hours. If I had a number I could have directly called to maybe this would have saved a lot of problems. I assume by now that the package is not coming and it is going to be a long weekend. What a bummer. guess FedEX doesn't care much about their customers.
