        I hate to say anything bad but as a 30yr res of casselberry, it seems the ability to read is not a requirement when getting on the casselberry PO delivery crew. getting the wrong mail is a daily ? if I will get my mail. but I will say for the last 15 years I have always got my packages, that's because I have all my important mail delivered to my shop in longwood, most all I get for my home mail is junk mail, so who cares.

        the casselberry PO should have a strict NO CHEWING GUM WHILE AT WORK POLICY, as it is painfully obvious they can't do two things at the same time.. just kid'n. I love you cass. PO yer the best, keep up the good work !

        They suck big time, Didnt get a W-2 that was mailed from casselberry to casselberry on feb. 4 th received on feb 12th. Also paid for 2 day delivery on a letter to the irs and they are holding it for pick up. Can't get anyone on the phone and tried to email headquarters and after a long form to fill out it says, we can't deliver your message at this time. try again later.

        Worst post office ever. A lot of my packages disappear without explanation, and when I go into the post office to inquire, they tell me the only way they guarantee delivery is if I pay for a post office box. Very shady.

        Can not speak to a live person, choices given do not cover my problem?question. Must have to go in person. Very frustrating customer service!!!
