Clemente Restaurant

I was provided with a gift certificate to this restaurant, however the restaurant recently changed its name as it was remodeling. Before my family sat down to dinner, I requested to speak with the manager, who informed me that the restaurant was still owned by the same owners. At the end of the meal, the restaurant would not honor the gift certificate with the manager stating that he had misinformed me when I had first walked in and it's under new ownership. Then, to make matters worse they overcharged my credit card providing their wait staff with a 45% tip!
