I organized a holiday get together for 20 women to get their toes and nails done and also had lunch brought in. Tracy was fabulous to work with, and was very organized. She has a room in the back where we set up the food and also had a place to sit and mingle with each other. We all enjoyed food, wine and great conversation. Looking forward to scheduling an event with her again this summer on the patio where we can all sit outside and enjoy each other's company. Definitely a good place to go! Thanks Tracy! We will be back for sure!
I LOVED my experience at Tranquility Nails and Spa! I went there with two friends; one received a manicure, two of us had a pedicure. We all left happy! The salon was modern and relaxing; beautiful chandeliers hung from the ceiling. We sat in state-of-the art massage chairs (the best I've ever sat it in!). Natural products were used and the cleanliness and hygiene procedures were excellent!! The staff was friendly, highly skilled, and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our experience. The prices are very reasonable/competitive. We all felt pampered. I look at my pedicure and the beautiful design and smile. I can't recommend this spa more highly. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did!!
There is a discrimination in this Nail salon. As soon as I arrived they told me to come back later or tomorrow but one lady came after me and they told her to sit down.
This was not a good pedicure experience. My big toenails have experienced some trauma, but during my pedicure I was criticized multiple times for the way they looked and told about a product I should have been using to fix them. I had to ask the woman doing my nails repeatedly to clean under my toenails and even when she did, she did a bad job because she "was afraid of hurting me." Dirt and dead skin were left under my toenails. She also did a bad job of shaping my nails. I thought she had filed them into a nice rounded shape, but when the polish starting going on, I realized how bad a job had been done and had to ask for it to be fixed. They were jagged and uneven. I had to point out where to file and still was left with sharp corners at the edges of my nails and weird dents in the middle. I told her and her manager that "this pedicure is not going well." Instead of offering me sympathy for the bad experience, the manager joined in with the pedicurist blaming the bad shaping job on me cutting my own toenails at home. The manager did not ask me what else was bad about my experience. I did not want to pay for this pedicure, but with no management sympathy, I had to pay. I will not be going here again.
They are so nice and funny here, they take their time and make sure all the dead skin is off your feet!!
The girl who does nails is good but the guy is absolutely terrible. I went in to get my nails soaked off and redone because he had screwed them up the last time. The girl got me started but then the guy came to finish them and I protested several times, each time being told that the girl would come take over. I should have just gotten up and left after getting my nails soaked off. He's horrible and did the crappiest job on my nails. I've also gotten pedicures done there and they're just okay. I could do a better pedicure on myself than they can. I will never go back there again.
I have recently tried Cindy Nails for several times....and I won't go back. I like a pink & white manicure, and they just can't get it right. The nails look funky...too thick at the ends, and the white part is never uniform. If ANYONE has a place that does a good job, will you post here? I'm DESPERATE!!
Don't go! Horrible job with acrylic nails. I was back after 2 days, and then again 2 days later. Had to go to another place to get my nails taken off (again) and start all over. They say, "We do natural nails for you." Natural means so incredibly thin that hey break, lift, chip... Immediately! Mine looked OK for 2 days. Then I was going in for repairs...I wish they used better acrylic powder and could do a better job. I wanted to love this place. Maybe I get why there is never any wait time...
