Aptive Environmental

I have had excellent service from Aptive. I have been using them for about 2 years. This last service I asked about flees, and Cole Plejdrup, my rep this week, immediately identified the product and applied it to my yard.

I was a bit hesitant because frankly, they were so inexpensive...at first we had an infestation of mice in the garage and Sean worked through many visits clearing them out. Once done, it was a pleasure, getting the notification that he was coming and when, so I can open the gate and bring in the dogs, so he can happily go through his business unaccosted.

Daniel Diaz was thorough and took the time to do the job right. He is a valuable employee to the company

They can never tell you when they are actually coming. When they do arrive they might spend 10 minutes on the call. I don't see any reduction in pests around the house or the yard. If they spent more time controlling the bugs instead of trying to get referrals I might have a better opinion of them.

Well done job always on time . I do not see bugs ants outside my house. Only 2services started a month ago

Nasseem Kooner was friendly, prompt and helpful. He did an excellent job and answered my all my questions.

I found a dead rat in our garage, it was caught in the trap Aptive set there a while ago, so I called to ask them to pick up. Michael came the same day and he also sprayed to disinfect our garage area. He did a wonderful job.

Great job, he went over our requests and repeated to me what our issues were. Spiders, Yellow Jackets. he left and I haven't seen any bugs at all! Marck was thorough and took the time to do the job right. Thank you from Tim & Kim

Being an Aptive customer and after noticing a wasp nest under my eaves, I approached Mark M. of Aptive Environmental while he was servicing a neighbor's home. I told him that I was an Aptive customer and wondered whether he would do me the favor of removing the nest without my having to call since I was between services. He did so gladly, without really knowing if I "really" was a customer. I won't even go into the process he used... amazing. I never would have thought of that! Thank you Mark M. Grant Bostwick was very polite and professional. He was answering all my questions in a very professional manners and did his best to achieve customer satisfaction! I sign up for aptive 3 months ago. I see much better result for spider web around my house, but still have problems with rodents in my back yard. Hopefully their technique will work to get rid of rodents from my back yard. I am waiting for the result.

Mr. Hood did a wonderful and very thorough inspection as well as maintenance on our property in Pleasant Hill. We are thrilled with the service and in fact I called the office today to make sure that Mr. Shiloh Hood will be our regular Aptive Environmental professional at future dates.

Shalom did an excellent job. He explained the steps he would take and followed through. Very professional.

Shalom showed up on time. He is very polite. He carefully verified the problem we have and confirmed that he would try his best to get the job done. After he finished the job, he left us with the information about the treatment and follow-up notes. Great job!

Daniel Diaz came yesterday and was excellent! Daniel explained all the services, was very professional. He deserves the $5. reward.

Daniel was great, took all the web's down, sprayed really good, did the lawn, and took down a wasp mud nests I didn't even know I had. He was very polite and informative.

The service tech Marck was friendly and efficient, filled me in on what he did before he left. Did extra investigation of my shed which I did not expect but nice effort on his part.

My only issue with Aptive is they need to get into the 21st century with their website and customer service - can't schedule or change an appointment without calling, then I waited for 15 rings before someone answered, and that person did not have access to the scheduling system, took my number for someone to call me, no one ever did. Website is very weak compared to competition, and the customer interface is one of the most important aspects of any service company. It should not be so complicated.

Jon has provided us an amazing service. We came back home later than the appointment time. He left. But after one hour he came back again. It was Friday evening. The freeway has heavy traffic. Really appreciate his service.

Justin was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and very courageous spraying and removing the wasps and their nest that had been developing in our playhouse for the last few weeks. He was pretty sure that he was going to get stung on this job, but he braved it anyway. He did a great job and surprisingly didn't get stung even once. I hope we don't have the problem again, but if we do, I hope that Justin is the technician on the job! Toni P

Both the salesman and Quinn were very professional and explained each step of the service. Quinn was on time and we are happy with his work. We recommend Aptive to anyone looking for pest control!!
