Lisa is always easy to work with. She is helpful and always pleasant to work with. Forward Nevada takes care of multiple businesses for us and we have never once had an issue in the years we have used their service. I would never thing about rating a business 100%, but i could not rate Forward Nevada any less! Thank you always for being a life saver to our businesses!

Upon further review (no, I'm not an NFL referee), UPS gets a better rating from me now after they resolved my issue. Reggie, the delivery guy, was very professional and apologetic for my difficult experience. He gave me additional info to deal with any future delivery problems and although it didn't fix their goofy phone situation, it was appreciated.
Worst runaround ever...they tried to deliver a package three times during the day but I wasn't home for two of them. The third time they left a doorhanger but I was home the whole time (couldn't ring the bell?). I called to have it re-delivered and the lady said Tuesday. I told her I had to leave by 10 a.m. so she said she'd make a note of it. Tuesday 10 a.m. came and went, no delivery. I called back and the next UPS person told me the package was not on the truck, not scheduled for delivery (how is it supposed to be delivered if it didn't make it onto the truck?). I asked for a supervisor to call me within the next hour and nobody did. Finally, someone called while I was gone and told me to call her back (Keisha?). Her voicemail message was garbled so I couldn't call. I tried the 800 number listed for Las Vegas and it led me to two different overseas centers....neither could provide me with the phone number for the Las Vegas center on MLK. "We have to tell them you called, give them your number, then they will call you." What kind of service is this? I've spent over an hour on the phone just trying to get someone to re-schedule this delivery. Unbelievably bad service.....are they trying to prevent us from contacting them? Why is there no direct phone number listed for the local UPS center on MLK? Pathetic experience for the customer pretty much sums it up.

The movers came to pick up my things, charged me $800 more then the quote because my bed was larger then they expected. Next thing I know my charge doubled! I did not receive one phone call during the move when I was told that I would get a call when the movers left Chicago and again when they arrived in Nevada. That obviously did not happen. Then I missed work 2 mornings because the movers said "they were coming." Finally, the day came when they were at my apartment and when I said I was going to leave work, they told me to "hurry it up."After rushing to my apartment so they would not leave with my belongings, they started bringing things in and I had a chair broken and they misplaced my other chair and leaf to make a full dining set. Still cannot find my furniture and dealing with them has been a horrific experience. DO NOT USE.
Moving ave was easy and simple they were helpful and knowlegable and seemed as if they actually cared about my moving experience it was quite refreshing actually would recommend there services to anybody that needed moving done properly
I found this company online after doing a lot of searching and calling others. They are very professional and did the move Incredibly fast. Treated me like family . Thank you so much
This is the most poorly ran store that I have ever been to. Employees stealing mail, packages that go missing, faxing to the wrong numbers, and it is all ran by a Manager named Laura Gonzales. They are rude, unprofessional, and frankly, I would go as far as to say uneducated. Even basic job tasks go undone. They also have been known to engage in credit card fraud. My bank took care of that, but I suspect that the blame is on this store since it was the only place I used that card. AVOID this place like the plague! I'm sure this store will go bankrupt soon enough, it is being ran into the ground and they still have not paid me the refund that is past due.
