"Awarded for best customer service CA #373924"?!?! I'm only giving them one star because I can't give them ZERO stars!!

I placed the initial call for roadside assistance to my insurance company at 11:08 this morning. The tow truck didn't arrive until 2:45 this afternoon, and that was after multiple phone calls to my insurance company, the tow truck company, and the tow truck driver, who could barely speak English and couldn't follow simple directions. The female representative who answered the phone at the office was exceedingly rude and LIED to my insurance company and to me multiple times. I will be contacting my insurance company immediately and requesting that they no longer contract with this company, and I advise anyone reading this to stay as far away from them as possible.

Horrible company! I broke down on the 14 freeway once the truck showed up he backed up to my car and then called me and said f*** you I'm not taking your car because you're not paying and the funny part is I was using my roadside service through my insurance company he then took off and I had to call to get another tow truck I broke down at 8 o'clock and didn't get picked up until 11

One of the drivers just cut me off from the inside lane on the roundabout, i was on the ouside lane to go right on 50th like your supposed to be and he was on the inside lane and completely cut me off with my kids in the car. I called and all they said was they'll talk to him. All these complaints and i bet nothing has happened to them. Learn how to drive!!

So I give this company a zero I had to give a star not my choice but the service was really really bad I called my roadside service and they provided them to me I called at 9:05am and they were supposed to be there at my car at 9:56am I called 3 times to find out how close they were to getting there they didn't come till 11:35am and they were rude my uncle told them that he was going to complain about the service and they have more attitude to give us the driver didn't even give me a receipt just drove off and didn't say one word to us and after looking at all the reviews the company should stop trying to give service not professional

Ridiculous. ..I waited 2 hours..made 3 calls to my roadside assistance and each time the tow company said they'll be there in about 10 minutes they never showed up so I cancelled them. My roadside assistance call someone else and they were here in 20 minutes

The driver was texting and driving!! He was very unsafe. We were all over the road. I was scared. :(

Horrible. Unprofessional. Rude. He left 2 older ladies in an unsafe area tonight because he didn't bring the proper equipment requested by my roadside company! He wanted to drag my car that was locked in first gear, up the flatbed! When I said no, you will damage it without the requested skates...he got in his truck and drove away....

Worst service ever. When he arrived he didn't even say hello just asked for the keys asked him not to turn on the car because I had to take it to the dealer he didn't listen turned on the car came back out gave me this nasty attitude. Didn't ask me if I needed a ride to the site. Drove fast. Dropped my car off didn't even say anything and drove off. Very VERY RUDE.

Unsafe driving and unprofessional service. Driver was towing a far distance and drove over 10+mph over the speed limit with my 4 year old in the front cab. When politely asked to slow down, the driver got upset and said if we didn't trust him then we can just get another tow company. He threatened to pull over and drop us off on the 15 South mid mountains. He also texted while driving and kept looking at his phone. We waited over 30 mins longer than was originally quoted. I am giving 1 star because we got home fine and he helped get the car parked fine. When I called the office to file a complaint re the driver's behavior, the woman justified the driver's behavior and hung up on me. Worst service I have ever experienced.

This is by far the worst service I have ever had. They keep telling they will call back and never do. I'm just trying to get a receipt and still have gotten one. Plus lied to me about the price

My insurance company sent this towing company out to tow my vehicle to the dealer apon arrival this driver showed up in an old fashion tow truck (very dirty) i told the driver he could not tow my all wheel drive audi on that truck.The driver hardley spoke any english when i called the phone number to the tow company it was worse the girls english was horrible and i could hardley hear her with crying kids in the back ground!!! word of advise dont use this towing company very unprofessional!!!!!
