Your insurance cannot require you to go to a particular shop. 3) NEVER drive a car that could be unsafe because of damages. 4) Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your car repaired. You can bring it to the auto body shop of your choice to have the car inspected by the insurance there instead of going to where they want to go. 5) Your car is your second largest investment you're likely to make. Preserve its value and your safety by having it repaired professionally. 6) Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you're not sure why one estimate is different from another you've received, please ask us. 7) Choose a shop that has unibody equipment and certified technicians (by I-Car or ASE, for example). 8) Ask if the shop will be using genuine manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts. 9) Ask if the shop offers a repair warranty.         My 1990 Mustang GT had some body damage and was in need of a paint job. Amori Auto Refinishing completed an excellent restoration and a custom paint job with bumper-to-bumper racing stripes. I have never received so many compliments on my car! The paint color was perfectly matched to the original stock color and expertly prepped & applied. Amori has also done great work for hail damage repair for several of my co-workers, all of whom were very satisfied with the customer service they received.

        I have a Cadillac CTS4 that is less than a year old, and I was extremely upset when someone backed into it and caused extensive damage and warping. Amori Auto Refinishing restored my car perfectly. They also helped coordinate a rental vehicle and worked with the other driver’s insurance company as an advocate on my behalf.         I am very OCD and my expectations are high to say the least. My truck had minor front end damage to the front bumper and grill. They gave me a time frame to fix the car which I thought was a little more time than I expected. They finished a day early. The best part of the process was they kept me informed throughout.
