Spa Nails

I went in the owner said to come back it would be 30 minutes, but i said i would wait. 35 Minutes went by and she (the owner i assume) came over and proceeded to start my fills then after a few minutes she got up and started cleaning the pedicure stations, i asked if she was going to do my fills or clean and she proceeded to tell me she needed to clean that's why she said to come back in 30 min. i explained i was there for 35 min waiting and it was poor business and customer service not to finish the customer and then clean or have one of the other employees clean since they could not do fills. I will never do business with them again they lost a loyal customer.
