I almost never go to Wal-Mart, after today, now I know why again. The problem is their employees and how they throw your products in the carts and are aggressive when you are paying for and buying. Today, the young lady working in the self checkout this morning, a young African-American/Haitian lady, was so aggressive with my products as she came to scan something I already had scanned, and charged me more for something. She was so aggressive and did not take care, to look and see it was already scanned, which ended up charging me more than I should have paid. I found this unacceptable. Plus she did not understand English when I explained that item was already scanned in. I do not like that they rush you. Their employees need to be trained better in treating customers and what they are buying with great care and love. If they keep up with the aggression, I am afraid it will hurt them long-term. It was very disturbing today to see how this lady behaved with my purchases and charged me more than what I should have paid, then she tells me to go to Customer Service to get my refund, but they are so busy and you had to wait in line so long, I got tired of waiting and left, paying more that I was supposed to. This Walmart is problematic. Mostly due to the careless employees. I now doubt I will be back to Wal-Mart for a very long time again. The years just keep growing between visits. Wal-Mart employees like this lady are not a good fit for you and your image and mission, please hire people that are not aggressive and can react with care, not aggression with our products, look and assess the situation first, before being so reactive and charging me more than I was supposed, they sending me to Customer Service, after your big error. I won't be back now. Instead of Walmart being about quality and excellence they are all about mediocrity, how sad to see a big company be so mediocre.
