costumer service

It seems like every time I go there you can't find employees to help you and if you do they act like they don't know where things are at or there to busy talking to there friends or other employees.....when your in sporting goods there's almost nobody back there and you got to walk all the way to the front just to get help

horrible customer service

Waited as an associate helped another customer as she pretended she didn't see me even after that customer left. Had to find the paperwork to fill out. The Dr., however, was great. He had my daughter laughing & made her feel comfortable about getting her eyes checked.

Scary place...

Don't shop there at night. There are people hustling in the parking lot (trying to sell you cds & dvds), there was a guy begging for a dollar and then got mad when I said no. Not only that, but while I was shopping- a woman asked if I could give her cash for a store credit she just received. I don't know where these people came from but they need better security at this location. Never shopping here again. Ugh. Plus- the store was poorly stocked. Couldn't find a thing I came for.

Good prices, but often rude/unfriendly employees

I used to enjoy shopping at Wal-Mart, but not so much anymore. A good percentage of the time our cashier is unfriendly, and they have been getting progressively worse when it comes to accepting coupons.
Despite what Wal-Mart's own coupon policy states on their website, our local store now refuses to accept coupons unless they state 'Manufacturer's Coupon.'

Also, sometimes coupons state 'One coupon per purchase.' This is different from 'One coupon per transaction' - but unfortunately the vast majority of Wal-Mart employees are clueless when it comes to coupons and what certain phrases mean.
This has resulted in several unpleasant transactions.


And regarding Site to Store - one day I was picking up an order which included many products. I counted everything to ensure that Wal-Mart fulfilled the order correctly (they often make errors, I've found)
While I'm counting, the employee that's 'helping' me turns to the two employees she appears to be training and rolls her eyes. Very professional!

Their prices and selection are great- but their customer service is an F.

HORRIBLE Customer Service

The vast majority of the time when I shop at this store, the cashier is rude. I almost always use coupons to save money on my purchases, and most Wal-Mart employees make no secret of the fact that they hate dealing with coupons. They'll usually look at me with a disgusted expression, or act like they don't want to reach out and take them from my hand.

One employee in particular was reasonably fast while scanning the items, but once I gave him my coupons, he started going *extremely* slow and acted like a total jerk. Even stopped to stare at his watch every 1-2 minutes, to further prolong things. It was ridiculous and very maddening. He somehow managed to drag the process out to 20 minutes. I don't know if management tells employees to give customers a hard time to discourage them from using coupons, or if the employees simply have attitude problems..but either way, it's unacceptable.

Not only did I feel like punching the man, but there was a line of unhappy customers behind me that were inconvenienced due to his actions.
